How do I change spark plugs on a 1997 Chevrolet astro van?

Is there anything special I should know? How do I change spark plugs on a 1997 Chevrolet astro van?really just make sure you have a spark plug socket. It has a rubber lining inside to help protect the porcelain casing of the plugs so they don't break when loosening or tightening. Also good idea to change one at a time and put the wire back on before moving to the next one. This will prevent you from crossing up the wire locations which could have terrible affect. Do one side of the engine then go to the other side. Also when you purchase the spark plugs from the auto parts store ask them to space them for you to the proper engine specs.( spacing the spark terminal to the filament distance) improper spacing can cause the engine to not run correctly and effect gas mileage and spark plug life.

Good luck! How do I change spark plugs on a 1997 Chevrolet astro van?access through the engine cover inside, use anti seaze on the threads of the new plugs and use quality plugs
